Items ordered from this site, which are in stock will be despatched within three working days.
Some items are printed to order, If this is the case I will email you to let you know when your item will be available for dispatch.
Items are sent out by Royal Mail or Parcel Force

Original Artwork to be picked up from me at my home address, or posted once carriage has been calculated.
I only accept returned goods if they are damaged.

Please be assured that I take the privacy of all my contacts and subscribers very seriously. With that in mind, and to meet the current GDPR, this article will tell you how your personal data is used and securely kept.
I will only contact you by email, and by using the address you have given me.
Your details are kept privately and securely.
Your email will be used to send you my regular Newsletter, updates, subscriber offers and details of upcoming events, exhibitions and shows I may be attending.
I will only use your personal data for the purpose it was collected.
You can change your mind and unsubscribe at any time. Either by clicking unsubscribe at the bottom of my Newsletter, or please email me at nicvic@nicvickeryanimalartist.com, and I will manually remove all of your records.
If you subscribed manually at a face to face event, market, exhibition, I have kept your details from your sign up form securely at home.
In either case, wether you have signed up in person or signed up online, your details have been automatically added to the marketing platforms that I use.
These go directly into Wix.com, my website host, and then moved into MailChimp.
I use MailChimp as my Marketing Automation Platform. By subscribing to my Newsletter, you are acknowledging that the information that you provide will be transferred to MailChimp for processing in accordance with their Privacy Policy.
